Aren't there counter-protesters? Usually when the anti-gay people come around to the local campuses, it's just like Fred Phelps, his five kids and some bum they found on the street who will protest for food. Where as, dozens of gay-friendly folks show up and put them in their place.

So... is your friend equating gay people wanting rights with robots wanting rights, or just being totally random? It sucks that he got arrested.
