Yes. This. I absolutely hate that. It's worse when they DON'T then try to defend it as their opinion but actually think it to be fact! Example: Way, WAY too many people, when they find out they're my favourite band ever, tell me that Green Day sucks. Well, thanks for your opinion, I happen to love them more than is probably healthy! "Oh no," they say. "That's everyone's opinion!"
"Really?" say I. "So then the millions of people who go to their concerts and listen to their music are faking it?"
"They're just stupid. They don't realize that their favourite band sucks."
"Well then. They are my favourite band, and I happen to be intelligent. So, I'm going to go over here, away from you, so I won't smash your face in for insulting my musical taste AND my intelligence. Good day to you."

Yes yes yes, omg. And conversely, I get annoyed when people claim facts are only opinions, and then try to use very dodgy logic to argue against reality. (Dear Creationists, I'm referring to you here!)
