So you know last summer when I was absolutely desperate for work and applied EVERYWHERE, including as a dishwasher at an old folks' home? Yeah. They just got back to me now offering me the job. Perhaps a more efficient processing system is what they really need...

This dude, apparently, didn't know. Nor did he know that once you've smuggled them into your downtown office in the middle of the night to do them on your desk, you don't leave in a huff and forget to show them the way out, effectively locking them in, or else they will still be there the next morning when your boss comes in. And then he sued HIS COMPANY for wrongful dismissal when they fired him. This case is amazing. The whole first sentence is basically just the judge going "WHAT. WHAT, NO."

my reaction is quite similar to the judge's. along with "WHO DOES THAT?! REALLY?! YOU ARE NOT HUMAN!" just... what? I hope he got his ass handed to him on a platter.
