So we've had a very frightened foster kitty living with us since I got back... Lovely little lady, black and white long-hair (and I'm convinced she's got Persian in her somewhere with her little snub nose!) but definitely one of the most easily spooked cats I've seen. Really want to see Holmes...but we saw the Princess and the Frog...which I thought was awesome in concept and the music was great, setting was great, but somehow the shift between animal life and people was...odd. I mean, I know they've done it, but usually the main character don't turn into and spend the whole movie as what they're not supposed to be, am I right? Maybe it was just me. :)

Ha! No, that threw me as well... I was expecting people-characters for the majority of the thing too, but once I relaxed into more of a Lady and the Tramp mindset, it was all good. :-D

Awwr, kitty! She sounds like Lily was when we first got her; now, of course, Lily has mastered the ninja arts and my arms show this fact off quite clearly. Little monster. xD

Your subliminal messages must be working, because I've totally been making words happen again for that loooong overdue Gabe fic from way back. X-D

She is SO CUTE and looks just enough like a skunk for it to be amusing and if she's still at the shelter by the time I move again, I shall STEAL HER. *g*
