When we were doing Law Show last year, there was this one dance that had a part where the tempo just sped right the hell up and everybody flailed around trying to keep up and dodging stray kicks... It eventually became traditional that somebody would sarcastically mutter "Cue the chaos" when that part was coming up

Oh, mid-term insanity. How I hate thee. My desire to learn goes down, my desire to fuck off to Scotland to raise sheep and acquire and accent goes up. WE SHALL PERSERVERE.

Bwahaha!! I hear you, I hear you... I tend to fantasize about running away to the badlands to hike around and live in a little trailer like the one at the end of Brokeback Mountain. I don't get a new accent out of my fantasy though. *G*

But the accent is key! Also acceptable- running away to Paris to work in a cafe and stroll the banks of the Seine with a pretty art student on each arm and visiting London on the weekends.

I could fake a Scottish accent while in the badlands..? X-D (I don't recommend watching Into The Wild at this time of year. Except for the pesky starving-to-death bit at the end, it makes going off the grid seem like an awfully tempting option.)
