I think it's the same Sister Agatha. She is a vampire now, so she has stayed alive, working for MI6 or whathaveyou. I bet she was the one who ate the bird that Piotr/Marius saw.

Ooh, you could so be right about Sister A! Everything we saw with Jonathan (likewise surviving a fall into a river and being washed out to sea) has confirmed that that's possible in the world of this story. Nice.
