Very intriguing.

This fic kind of reminds me of an episode of BtVS that has Buffy switching between her normal reality as the Slayer and a reality where she's a patient in a psychiatric hospital.

I think you portray Rose very well; the way she reacts to her father, the Doctor, and the situation really fits her character. I like human!Doctor and how he's both like and unlike the Doctor; I'm interested to see how he and Rose interact throughout the fic.

Good fic. I'm going to enjoy reading this.

Funny you mention the normal realities and the psych hospital reality. I haven't seen much BtVS, but literally as soon as I finished posting this fic last night, my husband ordered Sucker Punch on pay per view - the plot you describe kind of sounds like the movie a bit!
