The only thing with having a single sink- you need a dish rack much more because you can't leave anything in it and still use it, so I usually kept my rack under the sink and that's where I stored dirty dishes until after 3 meals elapsed.

hm, yeah, the sink is kinda weird too, the garbage disposal is up in the corner and elevated above the actual drain (that probably doesn't make any sense). I tend to not leave stuff on the dish rack that long and/or put dirty dishes in the dishwasher (or if it's a pot or pan, leave it on the stove until washing time).

Also I am realizing now that it doesn't have a microwave, so I'll have to buy one (which is no big deal).

I have a built-in that is pretty nice but generally yeah, I would agree.
