Do you have a link to the video for the Anime Expo panel? The only one I found was the one for Anime Evolution.

As for the Stork is 20/Stork is a teenager thing, I heard someone who works on the show (can't remember who) said Stork's actual age is 20 but developmentally he's a teen as Merbs age at 3/4 the rate of humans

Oh and a new video has been posted on YouTube. It's not looking good for the future of the show, do a search for "Chaiara Zanni Storm Hawks"
