Shoulder Potholes

As you may have heard, I took a digger on the bike ride home Thursday night. Tried to create my own pothole with my shoulder, but it didn't work. Instead my ACL (right shoulder) got a good stretching. I'm okay and feeling less sore than yesterday.The ER doc said it was the worst shoulder separation I could have gotten without snapping something or
