Counsellor Lothar - The Early Years
The crew is not being as festive as they were the last time Lothar was missing, as they realize it is only a matter of time before he returns. They are also somewhat exhausted from the chaos of shore leave on
Starbase 668, and the full diagnostics I have been having them run before we head back out into space. I myself have been pondering the history of
Lothar with the
USS Murgatroid, to see what sort of clues or patterns I can deduce which might assist in this situation. I recall one of his first appearances on the bridge after he had joined the crew. We were on the fringes of Federation space, surrounded by a fleet of unknown vessels...
Jellico:What can you tell me, Counsellor?Lothar:I'm sensing great anger, hostility, and potential for violence, Captain...Jellico:So, you think they represent a threat?Lothar:What?
