Thanks Lisa ^_^ It was hard for me to do but i got on sparks people.com and started feeling motivated and i told myself i would only do 30 mins but then i couldnt quit so i did the 60 at a slower speed with incline and it wasnt so bad.
On the diet side I'm trying to diet today, so i ate a grilled chicken southwestern salad from mcds which was 350 calories and i burned 470 on the treadmill, which equals to 120 calories burned. But then I had appointments and shopping and errands to run so i got a lot more exercise today. Now im trying to stay away from the kitchen as we went grocery shopping tonight. *ugh*
sorry for rambling but you inspired me so i hope to do the same for you as I know how hard it is....
