Of Krazyhouse and Kings

Despite my rant about the smoke in clubs yesterday I was out at the Krazyhouse last night with melloncollieclo and others. It was so much fun, I'd forgotten how much. Love the Kray. But smoke is still nasty and evil.

Anyway, we'd gone to see The Last King of Scotland before that.

Yeah, it's humans that are the real monsters. A clichéd phrase maybe but so true. :(

But before people wake up to the fact that something needs to be done, thousands of people die.

Thousands of people are dying under brutal regimes and because of poverty and war right this minute and no one's doing anything about it. Nothing permanent anyway. Food drops are worth nothing if there's no one alive to eat it.

I wish I could believe you, but reality proves that "all that is necessary for the triumph of evil is for good people to do nothing."
