Since it's been a while, here's a reminder of who's who in the top row:

Yavanna, Aulë (behind Varda), Varda, Manwë - Vana, Tulkas, Estë, Ulmo (behind Estë), Vairë, Oromë, Irmo, Arien, Ingwë, Indis, Finarfin, Ilmarë. It's BoLT canon that the elves were invited to this meeting, not just the Valar.

MANWE: "I've called you all here to say... um, where's Tilion? He was supposed to be here for this. And Arien, why are you holding that flaming sword?"

ARIEN: "Don't ask. And Tilion will be a little late. He's sitting in a bucket of ice water right now. The first order of business I'd like to bring up is our workplace harassment rules..."

The problem with that scenario is the assumption that Arien bothered to remember Tilion's name. :)
