You might be right. Face masks will be a fashion accessory for this decade and possibly beyond.

Face masks have become fairly commonplace in Asia since the original Sars (of which Covid is kind of a sequel), so I can see the same happening here. Except that since this virus has had a much stronger effect on everyone, I think they'll be even more common.
