Checked on my passport renewal last night. They show no record of it. No record!! Then why did you cash the check June 8th to pay for the renewal. Idiotic buerocratic twits. Now I shall have to call during normal hours (whatever that might mean) and talk to a supervisor to look into this. I leave in three weeks

Did you pay to have it expedited? I know it can take a couple of months sometimes, but this is ridiculous.
