Funny, I was just researching and writing about this. (When it's done that post should get me unfriended by some of the extreme left leaning types.)
Early news accounts of the incident are somewhat different then the "facts" as presented by Dr. Watts and Mr. Doctorow. Getting the reports released is going to be problematic because of the growing storm surrounding this mess. However, they are public record will eventually be released. The surveillance video will go along with that.
Until the reports and video are out there for all to see, I think the rush to judgment is unwise. Dr. Watts admitted in his blog he refused to return to his car, choosing instead to stand there and shoot off his mouth
