Sorry for taking so long to reply to your comments- the process involved in going back to school has taken a lot of energy and concentration. The cupcakes came out wonderfully, though- I added two tablespoons or so of instant expresso powder, but really unnecessarily. I wanted to give it a mocha taste, but the alcohol/ chocolate taste was so delicious it was really a waste of my precious ingredient (I got it while I was in Europe, and the powders I've played with from the US don't have the same effect). But they came out WONDERFULLY. AH....... Seriously, delicious. Try the recipe sometime...
