That is sad. I guess it wasn't totally out of the blue, what with being in the hospital for months, right? But still.

I'm glad he had good music to listen to while there, though, thanks to your iPod.

There were a couple near-death moments, but each time, things just seemed so positive.

He REALLY appreciated the music during his last weeks.
