This morning my whole inbox (personal email) folder was empty.

They will "try" and get it back.  Aaaarrghh!!!

ummmmmm...you leave all your mail on their servers, rather than downloading it to an email client??

Unfortunately, yes. They've been in charge of it all. Never had a bad experience before.

I do have gmail account. Maybe I should get another. I'll have to look into the pop client biz. I'm not as computer savvy as I'd like to be.
