I just Googled up the process of using the Windows 7 magnifier function to invert screen colors. It's so much nicer reading PDFs in white on black

More power to you with reading white text on black background. That is really hard on my eyes!

A tablet for reading and annotating PDFs would be useful for my own upcoming studies. Keep us posted on this please!
