Everyone or anything remotely appearing as a kaffiyeh, head scarf, or in hijab (that's the whole wear including longer dresses, dishadashas for the men, head wear, scarves, and the like) automatically are:
a) unpatriotic
b) sympathizers of terrorism in country X
c) evil
d) bad people to be shunned at all costs
e) sucky people not to be seen with
It is the new "en vogue" to pull apart Arabic wear period...because the American Stupid People base both fears and hates them. Lovely eh?
