[007] A Grudging Request // Video

In light of a fellow Inmate's miraculous recovery from extensive scarring-- [He makes a gesture at his face with one hand]-- quite similar in appearance to my own, I have a few questions for the medical professionals on the Barge.

First, what is the technology used to create such a fine result? Does this affect only the skin, or can it be used to ( Read more... )

She's kind of grossed out; I thought you'd like to know. Also, a Cobra Explosion would be AMAZING. wichita_kansas December 19 2009, 20:16:50 UTC

If you'll like, I'll talk to McCoy, he's the one who did the operation. I'm sure it wouldn't be too difficult to request the materials from the Admiral.

I'm afraid it will probably need to wait until after the holidays, though.

So it is possible for anybody to undergo the operation? Are there any side effects? A catch.

A few more weeks is nothing after having spent several years like this.

Ah... and thank you.

I can't imagine it would be based on anything specific and that the technology should work as long as the Admiral sees fit to provide it.

As for side effects, Pavi the patient seems to be incredibly happy with it, and as far as I'm aware there hasn't been even minor side effects.

And your welcome.

Perhaps you should keep the scars as a reminder of what happens when you aren't fast enough.

Why the hell haven't we seen you down at the Infirmary?

Come down and we'll see. Some initial scans should tell what can be done.

[ooc; I'mmm pretty sure McCoy could fix him up... mostly? I have to look into it more but yeah. If you want we could totally try to do that so he could blow up later :> Also forgive the delay, I won't be around fully until wednesday]

Because I've spent enough time in infirmaries to last several lifetimes. Of course, had I known about your capabilities sooner, I'd have made an appearance.

Excellent. I'll be by momentarily.

[OOC: YAAAY. He's just a burn victim, basically, and his lungs likely got all damaged from inhaling like... crazy hot smoke/chemicals/blahblah. Basically, if he can get fixed up, I've got a plot for it to lead to more evil, SO HERE'S HOPING MCCOY CAN DO HIS MAGIC. And no worries on any delays!]

[ooc; I think that would work :> I'm honestly not picky about what he can and can't fix, as long as it doesn't seem too all powerful on my part. I assume since McCoy's medicine is so far in the future fixing Cobra Commander wouldn't be stretching it.

BASICALLY I'm all for a surgery and such :] Can we assume this meeting and say McCoy said he'd look into it? I can make a post when I get back saying he can and so forth~]
