No intended flippancy at all. Just the chance to rhyme words. I wrote this ?poem? in the hopes it would cheer you, and to reinforce your own creation of your own reality, that I know you are currently trapped in.

So sorry, words, especially written on a computer, CANNOT express intent...Understand, there is no ill intent from me, but perhaps my comments are careless. Again, sorry- I have no ill intent.
I am glad you have one good friend. One true good friend is a rare great gift, and I am happy for you.
I too, am dealing with toxic family members. Perhaps I understand, or at least can relate to some of your struggles.
Please google "common everyday sociopaths", and it might offer some insight, it has helped me understand some of the things I am experiencing.
