Those are oddly similar. It appears she has pulled the story, at least temporarily. I'll email her and see if I can make any greater progress. I see in her reply she says, "And yes same sentence, but that was the only matching thing I saw". Which sentence is she talking about?

I've read both stories. I find it hard to believe that this is what comes of creativity and a similar idea. The author known as "HyugaKamoku" has shown her willingness to change her story to make the author happier and assure others that she did not intentionally plagiarize the other author's work. I know for a fact that "HyugaKamoku" didn't know about the other story or the plot at all, since she didn't have internet at the time that the other story was written and posted. The storyline of both written works is so vague and everyday that to say it is plagiarism to write about Akatsuki kittens is like saying one cannot write about a group of kittens because it is similar to a Disney movie. I think that the harassment should end. Who is to say when someone can and cannot speak? The last time I checked, this was a government issue.

Greetings. Thank you for your imput. I'm not sure how the fact that HyugaKamoku/Shukumei Uchiha did not have internet access at the time the story was original written and posted is in any way proof that she didn't discover the story after she did have internet and borrow heavily from it. If you have some form of verifiable proof that HyugaKamoku/Shukumei Uchiha wrote her story without knowing about Fallacy's version, I'm always open to collecting such information.
