A quick report to the publisher and copyright holder would be in order. This is the real deal and needs real action.

Spiralleds has commented before that the community doesn't report professional copyright violation out of concern for fanfic communities as a whole. However, I'm hopeful that FanFic.net will sit up and pay attention to this case, something that regrettably doesn't always happen with reports of plagiarism at that archive.
