On April 24, scraplove reported that the first chapter of Pursuing James T. Kirk seemed to be a copy, with names changed, of the first chapter of Chasing Naruto. The original report can be found here

The story in question has been removed as of May 1, 2011. I'm not sure if it was of the author's own volition or the archivist's decision, but it is gone.
