Plagiarism report

I'm reporting a case of fully documented plagiarism involving one of my stories.

On 3/13/11, I was notified anonymously that my SPN RPS story White Knight, Talking Backwards (posted 11/13/2009) had been plagiarized in its entirety by xheart-of-lifex and reposted as a Whose Line Is It Anyway story titled by your side, posted 2/15/11. The story is also listed on this person's master list of fiction, here. I have screen shots of both the story, and the master list. On the last screen shot of the story, you can see my comment regarding removal of the story, and another comment from a reader who also pointed out the story is plagiarized.

Screenshots of master list: 2 / 3

The person in question rewrote small details of the story to remove things which didn't apply to Whose Line fandom, and did a search and replace on the names Jared and Jensen to substitute Chip and Ryan. However, the posted story is substantively the same. My story involves a very unusual premise, so a side by side comparison of passages makes the plagiarism obvious. You can find the side by side comparison of four very specific excerpts at my journal, here.

There has been no direct communication between me and this person. I asked them via comment to the post to take it down; the story disappeared. This person did not contact me about the story or my comment. Taking it down is important, but it doesn't excuse the plagiarism.

This person also apparently has an account at fanfiction.net. The story reported in this post doesn't appear to be there. In addition, an LJ Seek search for the post after it was removed brought me to the items listed in the screenshots below, which prove the post existed:

And those links led me to this now-deleted post of the story at a Whose Line archive community.
