Have you not been paying attention? Amaterasu, Nuregami, Gekigami Loki, Thor, Aphrodite... Heck, even Santa.
Think we have a few angels somewhere, not to mention the entirety of that group in New Gensokyo.
Then there's every other psychic and magically-gifted person on the ship, and who knows how many aliens can use magic here. Think all of that combined with the Drive and other science-things, it won't be too much a feat to push the ship away from what is essentially a really dense rock.
