[The door of 7-2 opens to reveal a small cat on the ground, looking up at Yusuke with big gold eyes]

[it figures he'd show up while she was in her cat form. She's not quite ready to share that particular secret with him, so!]

[With a lazy lash of her tail, she turns and heads back into the apartment, going into the bedroom where the door closes behind her.]

Well, that wasn't quite what he expected to see. Not that cats greeting people was anything new to him-- he always had to deal with not tripping over Eikichi every time he went to visit Kuwabara. But usually they were accompanied by their owners, and this particular kitty was not.

However, the door was opened, and the cat went back inside, so he took that as a cue to follow the cat's lead himself. There was no point standing outside with his thumbs up his ass, that's for sure. If anyone asked, he'd just say he got there early and the cat let him instead. He went only as far as the living room, not wanting to intrude too much in someone else's place.]

[Yoruichi transformed behind the safety of closed doors and began rummaging around the room for clothing. She tossed clothes onto the bed, then ordered the door to open a crack so she could call out to Yusuke]

Hey, kiddo. I'll be out in a minute.

[She quickly started getting dressed, shivering a bit in the cool air]

[He started a bit at the sound of her voice, surprised she had been there all along. Maybe she was too busy to open the door before?]

Right, right, I'm not going anywhere!

[There was a brief pause, as something else came to mind]

...your cat let me in, just so you know. [Just to make sure she didn't think he had been breaking and entering into her place. He didn't want to leave that sort of impression on her so soon.]
