Who: dalmascanson & halcyonism What: Kicking Archadia in the face. Or its representative but you know same thing. When: Late o'clock Where: Konami Planet.... Warnings: Explosive rage and violence, grr!!! Talk of death and all that good stuff. Basically, Vossler. Vossler is the warning.
[The ship has landed on a new planet; he'd taken this chance to get off to stretch his legs. The recent stunt with the engine did little to soothe his nerves as memories of his childish 'pride' at being Dalmascan remains at the forefront of his mind.
And, predictably, due to said reminiscence, he was not in a pleasant mood as he remembered his actions. Soon, he will post a public apology for his unseemly behavior, but not today. Tonight, he'd allow himself to indulge in darker thoughts, in past mistakes. Being a child was no excuse for his actions, but remembering his fierce pride...
That had hurt. To see how far he'd fallen. He continued forward, allowing his legs without his command.]
[ He's walking slowly, feet almost dragging and arms crossed tightly over his chest. It was curiosity that spurred him to go down to the planet, but by now he thoroughly regretted it. This place was chilling in all sorts of ways.
With a small sigh, he lifts his head slightly and squints a little-it's so hard to see with all of this fog-then slows to a stop; he recognizes the fog-shrouded person not too far away. At least, he hopes he does. ]
[A voice calling his name jolts him from his thoughts. He'd almost went instinctively for Nightmare-- and belatedly realized that he'd left his sword back in his room along with his armor; his blade felt like it burned in his hands, and for once, his armor suffocating. Clad only in the underarmor (if it can even be referred to as that), he hadn't put much though before trotting off the ship; yet another trait he'd outgrown when Lady Ashe had been forced into hiding.
Cursing himself would do little, at this point. Vossler only then focused his attention on his surroundings, and managed to pinpoint the owner of said voice.]
...Lord Larsa.
[He'd choked on the title. Any other day, he'd probably manage well enough, but not today.]
What keeps you so late without escorts?
[He may seem calmer; but it was unnatural. Perhaps too much so. Of all the people to find him at his weakest; the irony was not lost to him.]
[ The only thing Larsa brought with him was his sword breaker; not the best weapon. He would have been at a disadvantage had Vossler brought his weapon. ]
Without escorts?
[ He looks at Vossler and raises an eyebrow at him. It was almost funny that Vossler was expecting him to walk around with an escort. Not only was he not quite an emperor on the Thor, but even when he had been on Ivalice and therefore royalty, he'd had a tendency to stray much too far away from his escort anyway.
But Larsa merely offers a small smile. ]
I wanted to see the planet. There seemed little point in me asking Captain Basch or Gabranth to come along. [ A pause. He still isn't used to Gabranth's name change. ] Pardon... Captain Basch and Noah.
