[So it took a while for the Drive to affect Lien, it had to happen eventually.

Lien stood in her room gazing at her reflection in the mirror the moment she realized that she had changed.

It was odd to put it lightly. At least most of her clothes still fit, never mind she actually... developed in some areas. The psychic was already aware of this month's Improbability Drive effect; most of the refugees were either children or adults. Their state of mind apparently tended to differ. As for her mind, aside from the adult body, she didn't feel any different.

Maybe a bit more... Confident?

In any case, it wasn't stopping her from her daily exploration of the ship.]

[Fenris is not quite sure what to think about this month's Drive effect.

Scratch that, yes he does.

It was quite bothersome, to see both familiar faces and non-familiar ones scamper about the ship as children, with a disturbing amount of energy. He was not one for children in general, and he often found himself trying his best to avoid direct contact with them.

He's now wandering down one of the corridors, on his way back to his room so that he might disappear for a day or two.]

[Lien is wandering the corridors herself after taking some time to choose an outfit that didn't stand out too much. She mostly succeeded, but for some reason her eyesight seemed to be so fuzzy; glasses are included as well.

She hadn't encountered any other of her fellow refugee's so far except--]

Oh! Morning Fenris!

[The psychic waves glibly. Of course only she can be unconcerned about having a different body as long as her mind was the same...]

[He hears his name being called, and Fenris turns his attention towards the voice. He spots a woman, who looks so much like Lien that it's uncanny. He actually has to do a double-take.]

[He stops in his tracks, blinking.] ...Lien?

[In later hours, a young girl with long dark hair that reaches her knees is seen running around the Thor, up and down the elevator, running her fingers over objects and retracing her steps.

Her loose baggy clothes look familiar as if someone older was wearing them...

Right now, she's walking around, singing/contemplating...]

Hm... So I was older and I've been wearing these clothes since this morning... But how did I get into space? [She taps her foot and twirls a long strand of her hair around her finger]

But it seems like I was staying here for a long while too? Ugh, I don't get it! This is a huge mystery!!! I gotta find Jonah later!!!

[And Holmes is walking around the Thor today, wondering why he even bothers leaving the room when the Drive is on-- the noise is too much, let alone the sounds of children yelling for their parents everywhere.

So.

When he stumbles upon a sort of familiar little girl, he stops short and double-takes, scanning her features to try to identify her.

...He does this all in silence, of course. NOT CREEPY AT ALL.]

[The younger girl stares straight back at Holmes, her blue eyes unblinking.

For someone so young, her body language and expression... seems difficult to read at least for normal people. She regards the older man almost stoically, but the slight tilt to her head obviously indicates her curiosity.

And then she speaks, arms crossed haughtily.]

Do you want something mister or are you just staring at me because you got weird interests? I'm not gonna judge you, but Jonah said I had to be careful around guys like you.

[Yup, this is Lien. If everything else didn't tip Holmes off first, her manner of talking and her mention of 'Jonah' sure did.

He wonders vaguely if she's going to remember this later, but he decides that that's then and this is now.

He's almost inclined to be a little amused, really.]

I assure you, little miss, that I'd no intentions of any sort until you insinuated that I did.

[Tapping one foot on the floor once, twice, and then:]
