Irene arrived promptly on time, dressed nicely for the occasion - a delicately embroidered white blouse and long black skirt surely would be suitable for all sorts of establishments.
Her lips quirked into a smile at the sight of Aziraphale reading a book in front of the restaurant. A true sign of a book lover.
"Good evening," she greeted softly as she came close.
Crowley sauntered up at about the same time, from the other direction; his mode of dress never changed much. Trademark snakeskin shoes (black), black slacks, a button-up shirt (red, today), black necktie and black jacket were more or less universally acceptable for almost any occasion. The watch on his wrist that told time in twenty different world capitols and kept impeccable time despite the battery having corroded away years ago told him he was exactly on time, and that of course the angel was early.
"Hi," he said, addressing both Aziraphale and his companion, a beautiful woman with a certain...something in the way she held herself that he immediately liked. He could tell she was his kind of people. Short greeting over and done with, he smiled his best charming smile at the woman and waited for Aziraphale to introduce them.
Aziraphale looked up when Irene spoke and smiled gently.
"Good evening, Miss Irene. I'm so glad you found the place easily enough," he said, gently shutting the book. "I'm sure Crowley will be along shortly. He's usually quite punctual."
And right on cue, Crowley sauntered up. He offered the demon a cheerful smile that very thinly covered a layer of annoyance. Yes, he was still rather peeved about the knickers.
"Good, you're right on time, Crowley. I don't know if you've met Miss Irene Adler?"
Ignoring Aziraphale's annoyed look, Crowley took Irene's hand and bowed gallantly over it. "The pleasure is all mine," he said, and ghosted a kiss across her knuckles before releasing her and straightening once more.

Returning Crowley's charming smile with one of her own, she offered her hand in greeting to him.
"A pleasure to meet you in person."
