[ Needs support indeed. Though one cannot deny the fact that Gabranth and Drace coming aboard the Thor has brought him great joy, Larsa has felt overwhelmed lately. Not everyone takes too kindly to the fact that he is an emperor-the emperor of an aggressive empire built on blood, no less.

Though Larsa supposes getting two hours less sleep than what he is used to isn't helping things. He'll live.

He finally finds himself in front of Basch's pimproom den of honor. After adjusting the shopping bag he's carrying (he needs to stop buying history books), he knocks. ]

Basch? It's Larsa.

[When he hears the familiar voice, Basch gets up to open the door, greeting the boy with his usual methods of formal acknowledgement-- a bow of the head, one arm crooked in front of his chest. Once he's done with that, he shows Larsa into the room and offers him a seat, waiting to take his own after his liege settles down.]

How do you fare, m'lord? It has been some time since we've last met in person.

Yes, it has been a while. With our conflicting schedules, I am surprised we even had the chance to meet today.

[He will not mention a certain interrogation session with Drace, nor will he mention that he is failing at dancing unless either of those things are prompted. He glances over at the books, noting Larsa's studiousness before fixing his attention back towards his visitor.]

Many things have come to pass since my arrival on the Thor. While things have been busy of late, that does not free me from my obligations to your wellbeing. I apologize for my neglect.
