What: Sai wants to do some drawings of the flying lions. Yeah, none of this sounds like a good idea.

[Orihime had to run out of her room to get some things, food, soap, basic needs. She had been avoiding leaving while the Jungle was out there, but she only had half a jar of peanutbutter and an orange left to eat. She was walking quickly through the halls when she noticed someone fairly close to that pride of lions.]

[Looking up upon hearing an unfamiliar voice, Sai rolled up the scroll he had been drawing on and tucked it into his pocket carefully so the ink wouldn't smudge and undo his work.]

I should be fine so long as I do not behave aggressively or draw their attention.

It's been a full day of running from these damned things. A full day of it.

Matt's tired from trying to simply find his way around let alone dodge bugs, lions in jet packs and grumpy people bent on having a bad day simply from the weather. He's long ago wished that he could be less self conscious and take off his damned shirt, but instead he's keeping it on to save everyone the view of his scars and him the need to explain them.

At least he's got the mind to leave his fur lined jacket at home, well Mello's home. It also makes hiding out using the foliage a little easier too. He blinks and turns his head, he's pretty sure he hears some movement and makes his way cautiously over in order to check out the level of danger he may or may not be in.

He's confused by what he sees, but he's scouting a little bit, wondering maybe if this guy's gone insane trying to draw flying lions.

"Psst..!" He clears his throat, "Psst! Hey! What th'hell are you doing!?" he's trying to keep his voice to a small whisper, but whisper yelling usually doesn't ( ... )

Sai looked up at the first 'psst', the sound catching his attention due to his training that any noise could be a potential threat to his life or the success of the mission. Once he found the source of the voice and heard Matt's question he silently slid away from where he had been observing the pride to the other's position so neither would be given by a conversation.

"I was recording their movements, they are unique animals."

Matt can't believe what he just heard this person say. He's not all together sure that this person's all there in the head either if they're going to sit there and draw dangerous animals that fly from any angle, "....Yeah I'd say so.."

He's not even smoking outside anymore, it's got him on edge a bit but he's not going to chance it, "Why the hell are you drawin' them anyway? Those things could take the face off of any man they think they wanna yanno."

"For that very reason. Their strength could be useful in the future and I would like to have a reference to it if so." His attention was momentarily drawn back to the lions and using hi ink brush he quickly added a few more details to his drawing.

"If they choose to be aggressive I believe I can handle their assault long enough to escape."
