As we come in for landing, what are first impressions of our watery stop?

"You know, I was expecting an ocean that wasn't blue after the last few planets," Sakura said, staring out the port window as she waited for the official time for entry to strike. It was odd, having to independently check the planet's current time and day schedule, to know where and how they fit into it for the short time they'd be spending planet-side.

"Really? I always assume the water will be blue or we don't want to land in it."

He put his hands in his pockets and just looked down. It was still kind of weird, the whole... space travel thing and all.

"Blue or green or brown. I must be old."

"I prefer when it is," she admitted, rubbing her arm. Over a year of this, and she still swore the dark will swallow her whole if she gave it a chance. "Does that make me old, too?"

Time to explore this small area exposed to open air. Odd that the only other facility in view over the water is called a prison, but what can you do? Apparently this population lives under the water!

MEETING GLUBBER haruno June 11 2011, 02:13:17 UTC
Glubber will be polite and dismissive of any concerns outside of the ones related to his company, which he calls the Intergalactic Relief Effort for Populations of Less-Advanced but Contacted Peoples. As far as he's aware, these people (our crew) are here to deliver vaccines, and keep an eye out for tampering with air-supply lines if they care to.

He doesn't like to shake hands, and he has little patience for questions unrelated to his objective, and his perceived objective for the crew.

He's also a sea-weed drug runner and dealer, so beware accepting any offers from him as far as cargo or earning something on the side or just carrying things for him for a while. Also, don't pilot his boat.

Just.

Just don't.

"Then you're telling me everything is set up for once we're,m ah, appropriately geared up for delivery?"

Sakura looked over at the "Changing Room" Glubber had indicated moments before, not sure she liked the sound of it. What kind of apparati were they going to need to wear?

Glubber was even more impatient than before. "Right. Like I just said. The Schwss are waiting for you already, since the clearance came through for your docking." He flicked a tentacle foot at the building. "You go, you change, you take the vaccines where they need to go. In, out, out of my tentacles. Got it?"

"What a friendly bloke." a whisper filled with sarcasm. Mello wasn't going to watch his mouth, but he would not anger the pilot, hence the whisper.

MISSION TIME haruno June 11 2011, 02:20:03 UTC
Want to take part on one of the official missions? Head out, champions of... commerce? Only you're not getting paid... Maybe you should have talked to Glubber for a little longer...

VACCINE DELIVERY haruno June 11 2011, 02:21:17 UTC
Like it says on the subject line; delivering vaccines to different cities on planet. Threadjack and come up with city names if you want, or even get distracted to small villages and save those natives! Be creative! Be wild!

Start your own drug cartel!

[Polly, on the other hand, had suffered no embarrassment, far too fascinated by her newfound form. Giggling joyfully, she comes zipping out of the chamber, hair and pale green fins flowing.]

This is a hundred times better than Subaqua!

Challenge accepted. Of course when messing up food, this would be the one time Chie succeeds in a cooking endeavor.

Pity no one will ever know.
