Cool kids and weird turtle things that keep marching around. Shikamaru watches without amusement, but doesn't bother so long as they keep their distance.

To Chouji, who's probably not far off to the side of him:] Are we sure this isn't a genjutsu?

As sure as we can be. [ Which means he's likely as not managed to stub a toe or hit his head in those marvelous new quarters he's been assigned since his arrival. But he's smiling in spite of that. His two closest friends are here, so he's pretty sure there's nothing the three of them can't handle together.

Chouji will just indicate those marching turtles with a slight nod; sorry to differ, Shikamaru, but he's been watching them with more genuine (if... bewildered) amusement than anything. He can't help it. It's just that kind of ridiculous. ] They're not so bad so far.

[Is it any surprise that Ino is beginning to get a bit impatient as she waits? Probably not. She looks around anxiously for her two teammates and keeps her eyes darting about. If they were near, she would notice. After growing up with the two of them, she was more familiar than anybody else.

[Finally she spots the two of them not too far off and a smile spreads across her face, hand raising high and waving wide.]
