Agreed, on...all accounts.
[Noin was certainly less talkative than Zechs right now, but she had a lot on her mind. She had actually had to talk to Heero, and sit there and dismiss that which she considered important, what she felt also should have been important to him or she wouldn't have brought it up. No wonder he would never be up for Preventer's head position. But Relena? How could she have let such a thing slip from her mind? It still baffled Noin, but then again, Zechs was involved. She could easily be a little biased in the expectations department when it came to organizing and keeping track of things once he was in it.
A chuckle to herself over that and she filled the glass with more of the sake before downing most of it in one go, hissing lightly.]

It was inevitable, one way or another.
[She looks thoughtful.]
I wonder however what would happen if I saw him next and punched him. Hypothetically, of course.
[Of course... That slight quirk of her lips doesn't say anything about how angry she was. Fire's patience had worn very thin over that conversation, and her defensiveness of Zechs, as he watched her have that conversation - the urge to settle things anyway - it had...caught her horribly in the middle. Trying to be diplomatic, but also emphasize that Zechs was human, and that Heero was as well, and in that way, that they had common grounds. But no. Of course not. Zechs was the eternal bastard. Well, everyone had something they didn't particularly like, just...why this? Even the worst of enemies could become friends. Her own experiences with the pilots before and currently with Wufei had been more than enough to teach her that.]

No, I know. But... we're in this together. All of us, including Heero whether or not he realizes it.
[She hated saying that, but it was true. Her eyes close a little and her head flops back onto the side of the bed, letting out a slow grunt of suppressed air.]
We can't afford to be fighting, not right now. Not when...a large, unknown portion of the resident population wants to...purge us. Let alone that out here, we're all that we have. We can't afford to be petty or picky, or spend too long arguing over the details. We need to know.
[A sigh, her lips decidedly thin and her brow wrinkles.]
