But now... it was strange. Ever since he'd found himself on the Thor, Vriska was acting oddly...nice. She seemed more mellow, if that was the term, though that wasn't to say that she didn't still have her edge. But she didn't always sting him with her words like she did before, didn't always choose to be derogatory or berate him about his behavior.
So, with mixed feelings, Tavros made his way to the meeting spot, clanking into the room on his robot legs and closing the door behind him. He spotted Vriska and gave her an uncertain wave, stopping in his tracks.]Uh ( ... )

She'd expected him to be Tavros and find a way out of it. But he'd come, and that was good.
He was improving, little by little and she was somewhat proud. He did come off as quite a bit more confident here.]

...when had that worked, with him and Vriska? The last time he'd tried to talk her out of not being killed by a hoard of extremely high-leveled monsters in FLARP, she'd jumped him off a cliff. The time after that, well, there wasn't really any room to talk, because Vriska was slowly bleeding to death right in front of him. And even despite that, she'd still made him write her dying words with her blood, made him have a panic attack, and finally made him practically abandon his SGRUB session altogether.
Needless to say, Tavros was verging on giving up on saying no to Vriska entirely, but this was particularly true in this situation since he felt that this encounter was somewhat inevitable. He would have avoided Vriska more vehemently if she were still being mean to him, but things felt a little different, and they'd talked briefly about a second chance, so. It was worth a shot, and if all else failed and things started looking bad ( ... )
