It would be very unwise to split up in these conditions. Bad enough they were ordered to document the venture. The camera would not provide any sort of benefits if they had to fight; though, if the camera hadn't been so bulky, the night vision would be good.

She didn't say anything, but double-checked to make sure everything was being recorded before following after Minato.

Shinjiro hung towards the back, arm sling around the hilt of his axe. He hadn't used an axe in months...not since his final fight with Genkaku. It was foreign to him, while at the same time, comforting. Underneath his peacoat he wore the armor that Ran Fan had given him for Christmas. He'd kept it in perfect condition, labored painstakingly over it every day.

This was the first time he'd really gotten to wear it.

He kept his head lowered, eyes darting along, trying to pierce the darkness. It was a strange, familiar sensation. A group of four, Minato at the lead, plumbing the depths of an unknown facility. He half expected a Shadow to slither out in their path.

...He hadn't felt this way in well over a year. Almost two now.

And Edward brought up the rear, gloved hands hanging free instead of tucked into the pockets of his red coat. He glanced at the people in front of him briefly before checking the corridor behind them. It was a bit odd to see Shinjiro lugging an axe around, but after seeing what he could do with a staff, Ed wasn't too concerned. The Minato guy had a sword, which Ed was a bit curious to see in action. And then there was the Naoto guy. Who wasn't carrying anything openly. But then neither was Edward, and after living on the Thor for over a year, he didn't consider any weaponless person truly unarmed. The camera was weird though. Why did they have to film this again?

Well, one thing could be seen for sure as Minato continued to scan the area with the flashlight- finding anything other than plants would be a difficult venture indeed. ...Though, maybe it would be a good idea to bring back a sample of the plants themselves Might be useful. But first, he had his other job to attend to: playing documentary host. And so, he positioned himself so that he was in frame of Naoto's camera ( ... )
