Pip is completely unsuspecting of the people (Gods?) flitting about and shooting people with their Alucard love-beams arrows, and so he's taking his time, merrily strolling down the hall and thinking of nothing in particular.

He makes a pretty clear target, all things considered.]

She couldn't take any chances; if she was shot, it would probably interfere with her assisting with the Holosseum missions. What's worse, she had no idea how strong the effects would be.
