Magic Item Usage 101 (OPEN)

Who: Patchouli Knowledge (weekwizard ), her Magic Studies class, and YOU.
What: Patchy is holding a practical class on magic item usage.
When: Early November, weekday morning.
Where: Thor High School Gymnasium
Warnings: Magic, mishaps, and chaos to the furthest degree.

[Patchy is over on the side of the gym, watching over the rest of the class.]

Table 1: Wands

1. Frostbolt - Bolt of ice flies forth to strike the target. (user frozen)
2. Fireball - A small little red speck flies to the target, then detonates. (detonates on self)
3. Light - A bright light, wherever you want it. (It gets darker instead of lighter)
4. Bubbles - They're bubbles! Floating so merrily and being all shiny. And they also explode violently. (SO MANY BUBBLES)
5. Flowers - Point at a place, flowers appear. (Piranha plant)

6. Summon Cute Animal - summon a cute little cuddly animal of your choice. (Turns YOU into said animal.)
7. Conjure Candy - Suddenly, candy! This one comes straight from the planet! (candy tastes like raw egg and preservative.)
8. Hypnosis - Target a partner, make them do your bidding. (self-hypnosis)
9. Telekinesis - Pick up an item. WITH YOUR MIND (Item flies at you at high speed.)
10. Color Spray - cone-shaped spray of many beautiful colors of light, though blinding if you're in the blast. (Spray is paint instead of light)

Naoto: Naoki, but Open to other classmates

[Something she was use to. Yes, reading. She picked up the Telekinesis scroll and read. After a moment... She looked over at another scroll. (Die is 2). It flies over and she catches it, holding it to Naoki.]

Seems simple enough. Your turn.

Uh, right...

[He takes the scroll, looking over it. Oh hey look, summoning cute animals. He was good at summoning. He reads over the scroll, before rolling it back up.]

Alright, let's try this...a fox, maybe?

[He holds out his hand in front of him. (Die is 4). There's a flash, and when it fades, the fox is there...but Naoki is not.]

11. Boots of Dancing - You start dancing, and CANNOT STOP until they are removed. (CURSED - effect always works.)
12. Belt of Femininity / Masculinity - You turn into the opposite gender of yourself. Reverts gender back when taken off (Gender does NOT revert back and belt doesn't work on you anymore.)
13. Robe of Alluring Looks - a large robe that alters itself to take the form of a piece of clothing [mun's choice]. People who look at you immediately have a deep crush. Crushes are gender- and age-neutral. (Everyone who looks at you sees this. Wearer still sees self as normal.)
14. Tiara of Mind Reading - you can read people's surface thoughts! (Everyone can read YOUR mind now)
15. Cape of Disguise - Put it on and you can become anyone you choose. (you look like Excalibur now.)

-EED? [At first, it was just a simple step forward. It seemed odd that he lifted his leg higher than intended, but the oddity was brushed aside. Soon, a second step followed; as well as a third. Next thing he knew, Keima was repeating it backwards. STEPPING TIME!]

16. Necklace of Invisibility - Put in on, you and everything on your person are invisible. Take it off, you appear! (clothes not affected)
17. Ring of Submission - You become extremely submissive and do everything you are told. (CURSED - item always works.)
18. Bracelet of Hands on Fire - Hands are engulfed in a harmless flame. Does not extinguish until bracers are removed. (Whole body on fire. Extinguishable, but it's kinda hot.)
19. Ring of Jumping - Put it on, you can jump really high! (Gravity forgets about you. Good luck getting down.)
20. Headband of Hair Growth - Put it on, your hair grows out rapidly. Stops when taken off. (Hair grows... elsewhere. Mun's choice, but not on head.)

Karen (Kairi, Xion, Chie, innocent bystanders)

[Looking over this surprisingly fashionable display, Karen decides to just pick something at random... and, one random number later, puts on the Ring of Submission.

She doesn't... feel any different? It seems like the effect of this one is less obvious. Perhaps there's something she has to do to activate it? She's far more open to suggestions than she realizes.]
