Richezza's trembling slightly, and has bruises on his body, as well.
It looks like he's trying to sleep, but it's not going so well.]]
...Am I dying?

Well, you were able to hold on. That's good.

I told you, I'm awesome.

[She sets the tray down beside his table and picks up his IV hub] It will take a while to go into affect, but it should be completely cleared up in a few hours.

[while he is covered in bruises, looking pretty rough, and trailing an IV, he isn't coughing up blood, and he isn't looking nearly as bad as the Stage 3 Rosalia victims]
[really, he'd ignored the outbreak. the City had exposed him at an early age to the worst kinds of bacteria, and with all his trips in and out of St Xlakkyr's, even his goddamned Thor-recommended vaccinations were up to date]
[being here, surrounded by drives of infected refugees and aliens alike, is making him admittedly somewhat nervous]
[which is where the absence of aforementioned 'working lighter' is felt keenest]
[shitkicker boots on bare-assed legs, and wearing a sanitation mask nicked from a nurse, the redhead wanders and watches, occasionally querying the masses at large;]
Anybody got a light? Heyyy, hey you. Hey!

[Hey, she's at your door with a tray. Just getting the serum in case? Well, just a vial and needle for that...]

'Scuse me, but I always been of the opinion that anybody who's come real close to bitin' the big one is allowed ta indulge in any goddamn vice they wanna, when they wanna.
So.
Gotta light, doc?
Reply
You aren't biting anything and if the nurses ask, your last doctor brought it.

He is, however, surrounded by distractions. He doesn't focus on the state of his health, but rather the many books he's been given, the ridiculous amount of origami cranes he's made, and the various other puzzles he's been granted.
At the moment, though, he's tired. He's still awake but he lies with his eyes closed; his mind is idly going over origami steps, repeatedly. Still, it's better than the unbearable whirring of his mind that he feels all too poignantly when truly idle.]

Sherlock? I've got the cure for you. [ He crossed the room to Sherlock's bed and set down his tray on the table. ]
Reply
Sherlock forced some interest into his tone, although he mostly sounded tired.]
The good doctor to the rescue. I take it this means I can leave soon?
Reply
[ John picks up a vial of the antiserum and starts to fill a syringe, giving Sherlock a small smile as he does so. ]
Just cures the virus, I'm afraid. Still no cure for boredom.

[CONDITION: Solid Stage 2. Lenalee is currently enjoying a very vivid hallucination, and had to be strapped to her bed to keep from running off.]
Reply
Lenalee?
[he tries to get her attention even a little. It breaks him inside to see her like this. Strapped to a bed all over again. He grits his teeth and steels himself for what is to come.]
Reply
No... No I don't want to train today...
Reply
Don't worry Lenalee. There's no training today. I promise.
[Komui smiles to her but its pitiful in some odd way. He sets down the tray on a cabinet far enough from Lenalee's reach. Last thing he wants is her to push the serum off and shatter the bottle. There's no time for that. But still he wants to make this as easy for her as possible.]
