[Indeed. There was only so much optimism she could make up for herself, but there was a line between being ignorant and accepting complete and utter BS from someone else. And for her, she at least had enough common sense not to accept the latter.]

[Naruto spent all day on that item. He loves food, but this is for the date!

It took him a few hours, but he found this place with food that just... it's horrible. It's like a cross between alien food and an Indian restaurant. He doesn't like Indian.]

[To be honest, she has no idea that there are broken hearts on the line. In fact, for someone who can find out almost anything, she's pretty oblivious and/or disinterested up to this point. And a certain sibling is breathing down her back anyways.]

[When he suggests sitting in the smoking section, that is a definite 'no' for her. Time to take some charge.]

Okay, HELL no. You're not a smoker and I'm not blind to believe you just because you said that. Sitting in other people's fumes is much more dangerous for your health and mine.
