"... Can you come to the Gardens?"
That was all she asked the three of them... now here she was, waiting for them to arrive, losing track of her thoughts again in mere seconds.
He said he liked her flowers... She grew Lilies for him after the blackout. The park had been torn apart by their unseen enemy and he had protected her. Would he mind waking up surrounded by Lilies? A bed of Sakura petals seemed more fitting... if only, but no, it was autumn. There were no more petals; no proper place to lay him. Fai didn't deserve this.
"... I should have stopped you from leaving. Were you aware of this outcome? Was this... why you said goodbye?"
Amaterasu understood he would be back, but had this been a place where life and death still acted, he would sleep forever. She just sighed and watched the flowers grow around his body without a word.
