[Yes. She is talking to the ducks. She pulls some bread out of her pocket and starts handing out pieces to them.]

Not all at once! There's plenty to go around.

[As Hiei appears to be a moé magnet today, yet another park-goer strolls right by his tree to the pond below it.]

[Out of boredom more than interest, he watches the ducks all come swarming at the bread and girl. Yet another child roaming this park. Perhaps, he thinks, a different park would have less children running about?]
