The sound of Kaoru's cheerful voice made her feel a bit uneasy. Why did she agree to this again? She never would have done this before. Something must be wrong.

Chidori hesitated, wondering if she should open the door or pretend she wasn't there. He would definitely know she was there. He wasn't stupid. After a moment, she stepped over to the door and slowly opened it.

"Hello," she said. Her eyes glanced to the flowers. "What are those for?"

"They're for you!" Kaoru smiled, handing them them over to her with a bow. "It's in my nature to give lovely flowers to a lovely young lady~!" He held up an index finger. "I am ready whenever you are, Miss Chi~do~ri~!"

"For me?" Chidori stared at the flowers for a moment, a look of confusion on her face. With much hesitation, she took the flowers from Kaoru. "Thank you. No one has ever given me flowers before." She nodded. "We can go."

"Aww," that made Kaoru a little... sad. "I'm glad to be your first! Every lady should get flowers~." He smiled with a nod. "Okay. I'm not sure how often you go out, or what you're into, but I hope you like Italian!"
