Kiara Livie - 8 current instances of plagiarism

Mach68 posted this report in TaPiR, but he doesn't have an LJ, so per request I'm submitting a report.

KiaraLivie has been particularly petulant and persistent in her plagiarising of stories.

From what Izraill at TaPiR was able to garner before attempting contact with her, the only posting on her account at the outset was mercilessly pulled apart by one of the "FanFiction Friday" type groups (I don't know if it was that one specifically). Since that incident, she has repeatedly posted stories, pulled them when reviewed, and then re-posted them.

In clicking the report link above, you'll notice that the original links to her stories are no longer valid. Several posts later, new links were posted that are no longer valid. Within 24 hours, those were replaced with new postings. The latest postings are up after her most recent removal of stories from the 10th of this month.

Another forum investigated her plagiarism, as she is stealing stories from the Spanish community on FFN. She has been at this, as early as I can tell, since May 23rd.

Now, having said all of that, I would also like to advise that this is one particularly vicious little troll. She has left flames on no less than 34 review boards (there may be more).

Her reviews may no longer be on the first page, but by scanning through you can easily find them.

I post that information to warn anyone who wishes to review her stories exposing her plagiarism that they can expect similar treatment. I never reviewed her stories and had no contact with her, yet she flamed both of my stories. We're aware that she is watching the TaPiR thread. In the Spanish forum thread I linked, you'll note that she posted at least once as a guest.

She refused congenial contact with Izraill. She is not interested in reason. She is only interested in - as far as I can tell - being a nuisance to the community at large. While the origins of her desire to plagiarise are of concern, her persistence in her abuse is of more concern to me.
