Plagiarism in the Bleach fandom

I'm here to report a plagiarised Bleach fic. An "author" calling themselves KiraIzuruLuv has word-for-word copied the Urahara/Ichigo fic, "A Shadow of What Was", by Katami-san. The only difference is that KiraIzuruLuv has left out Katami-san's author's notes.
