[Because if it's something that her husband could possibly get dragged into, then she wants to know what in the world they're up to. Only reason she's here.]

You don't look pleased either.

Seeing as there would have been no way to repair it, there must have been a second one. [Tough, spandex boy.]

What do you mean then?

...I wasn't aware Tallgeese had more than one prototype model.... [Seis.. he never mentioned...]

[He hesitates before speaking quietly]
There is a certain piloting interface that my suit, Wing ZERO, makes use of. The Epyon also uses a modified version of this system. --It's dangerous. To both the pilot and those around them.

Do not pilot the Epyon.

My colony had one.

[Listens carefully to the description, scowling.]

Noted. Is there a way to remove it?

The Long clan had a Tallgeese in their possession....? [Curious; he never really knew much about the Long clan in general, apart from them once holding great political power.] How? Master O?

The harddrive containing the system can be removed; but if it's designed the same way as Wing Zero is, the connections to many parts of the suit's sensors and data-compiling systems are compromised with its removal, since the system directly feeds that data to the cockpit. If you can find a way to ...circumvent and reprogram this, it may be possible to remove the system and keep the rest of the OS intact.

He never said as far as I remember. I only piloted the old thing once.

[And the rest of that story is between her and Wufei.]

I'll share that information with Wufei if he doesn't already know. Figures the bastard would leave him something that dangerous.

..Hm.

I believe he knows at least somewhat; I modified it for use in ..other cockpits during the first Eve War, when we were fighting together. He was privy to this fact, though I'm not sure he knows what was involved in the transfer.

...If assistance is needed in examining the system, I don't mind. [SEE he can be not a dick ...sometimes. Sometimes.]

I'll leave asking for help to Wufei if he feels he needs it. [Or if she thinks he's being stupid, then she'll call in help.]

If nothing idiotic happens tomorrow, I can bring it up to him then.

Nothing idiotic, huh?

That's a far-off hope, on this ship. [Snort]

It's not important. [Oh yeah, not telling him. Though it can probably be found in her personal file if he goes a-hacking.]

As long as people mind their own business, I won't have to deal with it.
